Important Notes
- Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Customized, altered, or dyed garments cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
- Slight variations in color, embroidery, or finishing are a natural part of handcrafted garments and are not considered defects.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for local orders, and 14 days for international orders.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items.
- Customized colors, sizes, stitched outfits, or altered pieces.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at +92 333 5455651 with your order number and product pictures. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping charges).
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service team within the eligible time frame.
- Provide order details and images of the product.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service.
- After inspection, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit.
Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.
