What type of clothing do you offer?
We specialize in handcrafted women’s clothing including Chunri dresses, Gota Kinari, Mukesh/Kamdani work, hand embroidery, and cultural traditional wear. Each piece is uniquely designed to reflect timeless elegance and heritage.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes! We accept custom orders for bridal wear, mehndi & mayoon dresses, party wear, and special occasions. You can share your requirements with us, and our artisans will craft it with love.
How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our Store, Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp. For assistance, you can also contact us via WhatsApp or Messenger.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we offer nationwide and international delivery. Shipping charges may vary depending on your location.
How long does delivery take?
- Within Pakistan: 7–10 working days
 - International: 10-15 working days (depending on destination and courier services)
 
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, and for international customers we accept Bank Transfer, Western Union, and other secure online payment methods.
How do I take care of my dress?
Handcrafted dresses require special care. We recommend:
- Dry clean only for Pure Chiffon/China Crinkle
 - Handwash for other fabrics
 - Avoid direct sunlight for long time
 - For Mukesh Kamdani suits, keep in plastic cover and safe from Humidity
 
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes, we cater to wholesale and bulk orders for boutiques and businesses. Please contact us for further details.
What if the product color is different 
than the one shown in the picture?
Hand embroidery and artisan dyeing can create slight variations in color, motif and finish. These are normal and reflect genuine craftsmanship, not defects. But if the colour is totally changed then the product is exchangeable.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, you may reach out to our team on call, whatsapp, or any of our official social media channels within 48 hours of placing the order. Please note that the order can only be cancelled if it is not processed by our team.
